30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:
- Socks and wearable products
- Personal care items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (see below).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If your refund has not appeared after this time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
ProsperGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination country.
